My name is Tyler Parks. I've been coaching people for over 5 years on how to improve not only their fitness & nutrition but their mindset around those choices. I dive deep into helping clients find purpose in their actions while unraveling how all the nitty gritty works for THEM. Everyone is unique and brings a different story to the table.

I started my own health & fitness journey in 2010 with martial arts. It evolved into this insatiable appetite for answers on WHY. Why was it so hard to gain muscle? Why is this food "healthy"? I realized there were certain pitfalls I would find myself in time and time again. I needed to not just change my actions, but also the mindset around WHY I was making those actions.

My goal is to save people time, energy, and stress by fast tracking their health & fitness journey.

I founded my company Core 5 Coaching on 5 principles Fitness, Nutrition, Stress, Sleep, and Purpose. Tremendous things happen when someone creates a life which these pillars form an unbreakable foundation to their health.

Knowledge is no doubt important, but knowing how and when to apply that knowledge to YOUR life is key to lasting change.

This is the journey I embark on with each client. We work together and find what pillar needs work to start making those changes that last forever.
