My journey started back in 2010, training martial arts and lifting weights with my dad in our garage. That’s where I learned that fitness isn’t about chasing the latest trend or living on chicken and broccoli.

Over time, I realized something important: this isn’t just about workouts and meal plans. It’s about your mindset, your habits, and finding what actually works for you.
